People, I have some unfortunate news. News that brought my world to a screeching halt. Brace yourselves for the shocker of a lifetime: The Olive Garden doesn't actually send their chefs to a culinary school in the Italian countryside. I've searched high and low - it's nowhere to be found. I don't know how you all will react to this news, but I know I'm not feeling very much like part of the family right now. In fact, the only thing keeping me going at this point is my hope that upcoming trips to Florence and Venice will help alleviate some of the pain. Cruel, cruel world.

I mean, I don't mean to doubt you, but let's be honest, I don't know if I'm willing to believe your research. it is too shocking- last time I checked, the institute was somewhere in my area of Tuscany...I'll let you know what I find
